Good
Great location, great staff & great price!
Liked: Although the hotel is in an ideal position next to the motorway junction, our room was at the back & there was no noise. The room was spacious, clean with an extremely comfortable bed. All of the staff were friendly & helpful.
Disliked: Nothing
Nice hotel in a good location for traveling north or south
Liked: Convenient location. Quiet and spacious rooms. Nice bar and dining area with wood burner
Disliked: Continental breakfast was very basic, no toaster, no fresh bread rolls, no salad etc
Perfect place to stay with a dog and excellent service from the barman
Liked: It was very dog friendly and perfect place to spend a night heading north from the Algarve

Disliked: Quality of the food in the cafe could have been better
Disliked: only aspect that was bad is the outside bins were over-flowing with trash everywhere so there were swarms of flys around. Apart from that, we like Montico a lot
Perfect stopover
Liked: Great location right off the highway, making it a perfect stopover on a long road trip! Great value for money, clean, and everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. Definitely recommend!
Disliked: The only tiny downside was the soundproofing - you could hear pretty much everything from the neighboring rooms. 😏 But for a one-night stay, it wasn’t a big deal!
