Liked: The staff were very nice, warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The whole place was very clean as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. 5 star service!!!

Liked: Accessible location, easy walk to the town centre. Staff were friendly and readily sent on a beloved toy one of my kids left behind. Rooms were spacious, ac was quiet, overall clean and tidy.
Small community with a clean room. Limited parking at a bus station
Liked: It was a central location of the city. It had a bar and restaurant on-site. The desk manager was very nice and helpful. She spoke a little English. A small market across the street, was helpful for supplies.
Disliked: The restaurant was OK but a bit unfriendly and overpriced. I had to park on the street down the way. The hotel wasn't really accessible by car. It seemed to be located at a bus station. Not alot of choices for places to eat, other than the one on-site. No refrigerator in the room to keep water and drinks cold. The owner of the bar & restaurant was a bit unfriendly and moody. Food was a bit overpriced. No breakfast options in the area.
About what we expected
Liked: Staff were very helpful, especially the receptionist. Easy to find and the parking for the motorcycle was very secure underground. Also, it was free of charge when we thought we would be paying €10.
Disliked: The bathroom looked like it was in the process of being refurbished and the was an exposed electrical socket in there that we considered a potential hazard. In the morning of our 1 night we found a large puddle of water under the sink so there was obviously a leak somewhere. It was reported to reception who noted it for their maintenance man.
Liked: the breakfast was not very good,but the evening dinner in the restaurant was very good.
Disliked: Parking was very poor. and the restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday.
