  Spacious Apartment but needs TLC

Liked: Pros: location, outdoor space, comfortable bed. Cons: furnishings tired, poor shower over bath in ensuite ( virtual unusable), some general maintenance required e.g. blind in sun room ripped, hem on curtains dropped ( had to tighten handles to two doors, refix towel rail in shower room, fix chain mechanism on blind in sun room, fix blind in kitchen and replace some light bulbs ). Lots of owners clutter giving poor first impression.
