  Liked: Apartment is directly on the beach, so you are front row with a view on the beach/sea which is spectacular. All facilities are there, comfortable and clean. Great and besautiful location!

  Picture perfect balcony. Apartment often smells like rotten eggs and ashtray

  Liked: The view from the balcony is picture perfect like a postcard. The clear glass rail enables you to enjoy the view even more. The balcony is really warm at the end of november. When walking on the street behind the building I needed to use a warm jacket, and on the balcony shorts were almost too warm. There are tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine so you don't have to buy a whole package. It's a quite small apartment, suitable for a short stay. The sofa is quite comfortable. The stove is using induction heating, so the food is ready fast. The check in procedure was great and contactless. The TV is literally brand new, and so is the water heater.

  Disliked: Every morning when we flush the toilet, the AC starts stinking like rotten eggs. This continues to happen during random hours of the day. When we return to the apartment and start the AC, it stinks like an old ashtray. The water in the toilet is 100% warm water. The controls in the shower give warm water when choosing cold, and cold water when choosing warm. The same reverse situation is valid in the kitchen. Wifi reception is spotty in the kitchen, and on the balcony. When we do get wifi reception, the wifi is fast. It's not possible to close the door without locking from the outside or inside. If one person goes out, the other must lock from the inside and be available to unlock when the first person returns. The pillows were quite hard and actually often gave me headaches, but I'm sensitive to hard pillows. The people living in the apartments below were smoking, filling the air with the scent. The house next to the bedroom is very close and have full view into the apartment unless the blinds are completely closed. No vacuum cleaner, only a mop. The rotating microwave plate is not rotating. Every second time we use the microwave the lamp in the microwave works.

  Spectacular views and great location of the apartment

  Liked: This apartment is all about the location and the view. It is great for a stay with children. It is literally on the beach so it is very practical. The store (spar) is just behind the building and it is open quite late. There is a digital lock on the door so you don’t need a key (never had any issues). The apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine which is also very practical. The host offered complimentary slippers for parents and some extras like toothbrush, shaving kit,… nice touch. The apartment has air-conditioning and a lot of closets. A broom, ironing desk and some cleaning products were provided. The building has an elevator. The shower is quite spacious. The host was nice and gave clear instructions and had clear communication. Small table on the balcony is nice to have breakfast there.

  Disliked: General impression is that the apartment looked better on pictures - looks quite tired in reality. The appartement is quite small for a family of 5, but it still works. The bedroom with two single beds is very small. The parental room also had a bed that was quite small for two taller adults. The sheet didn’t fit the mattress (it was too small) so that part was quite uncomfortable as it kept sliding off. The sofa is ok to sleep on for children, but not adults, as it is quite uncomfortable. Also the pillows were not to our taste (too hard) but this is our personal preference. The isolation of the building is not that good, you can hear neighbors taking showers and the toilets. The windows of bedrooms face the neighbors directly so you cannot really open the blinds. Mosquito nets would also be a nice touch, as we like to sleep with windows opened. It would also be nice to have a vacuum cleaner as the sand gets everywhere. The bathroom could use a few hooks to hang and dry the towels.
