This was our fourth stay at the hotel and we enjoyed it very much and hope to visit again

Liked: The location, the roof top terrace and friendly staff

Disliked: For elderly persons it is important to have a walk in shower, they are at the moment too few. The bar service was fine, however the bright lights at the bar didn’t make it cosy

I will not stay there again and will now think two ce about using a Hyatt property

Liked: Nice location for beach access. Nice walkable neighborhood. Room was clean, modern, well appointed and large

Disliked: My room was directly above the bar. It was VERY loud until late into the night. Even with patio doors closed it was too loud to have a conversation in the room. The bar area is also the smoking area so if patio door was open I got smoke instead of a nice sea breeze. I asked to be moved but was told it was not possible. I checked out a day early. In spite of my complaints and the staff being well aware of how noisy the room was I was not compensated!

Just a great break in Torremolinos

Liked: Great position and staff courtesy

Disliked: As an Italian the cleanness level and the food quality were a little bit below our standards
