  I would pay more to be more comfortable and feel safer

  Liked: The property was exactly what you see on the pictures and what you pay for. There was no washing machine but everything else was there. In comparison with other properties, this one is very cheap (but also very small, including the bed).

  Disliked: The property is located in a decadent building in very bad conditions. The stair lights did not work and we had to use our phones to light up the stairs when going up or down. The main door was always open and anyone from the streets could go in and out. The hall was smelly. There was rubbish left over in some floors. The floor stairs were broken. The elevator did not work (and we were on the top floor). You could see random people coming in and out, and the neighbours did not seem happy.

  Great location in the center of Torremolinos

  Liked: Perfect location,central located, close to all amenities.

  Disliked: Apartment could be better equipped for that price.just essentiall things in the kitchen. There were several cockroaches in the apartment. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped and the dishes better washed. The faucet on the sink is worn out and you have to be careful when turning on the hot water because you can easily get burned. worn out bathroom faucet, ventilation never cleaned.

  Superb

  Liked: Apartment was clean and had all you need for a short break

  Disliked: I didnt like the amount of steps i had to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to the top floor and the lift was out of action i am 74 years old and am waiting on a hip replacement

  I highly don’t recommend

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: The building is in bad shake, the neighbors are awkward and noisy. The lift is out of service for a long time and unlikely to be repaired. It’s probably my worst experience with booking.com.

  I enjoyed my stay

  Liked: The location is superb. The value for money is very good, my stay was ‘ out of season. There was good facilities inside the apartment, eg iron, hairdryer toiletries and good quality towels plus all you needed to store and cook fresh food.

  Disliked: The Block the apartment is in is a bit ‘ tired’. For my stay, the Internet connection was supplied via a mobile dongle that was not good at all. It’s temporary as the fibre cable Router had broken the day before my arrival apparently.

  Disliked: Apartment is perfect for a few nights stop. Would be too small for anything longer.
