  A great stay, great location

  Liked: Overall a great stay. Solid location close to the Benalmádena marina which is a lovely place day or night. Lots of beach clubs and water sports on the door. Pool area was lovely and plenty of beds. The staff all around the hotel were super friendly!

  Disliked: I would say the pool bar is a little underwhelming and pool side service is a bit luck of draw. Cocktail we did have was top class. Breakfast options were nice but a bit more variety would be nice, starts to feel the same.

  Excellent, relaxing, will be back

  Liked: We have stayed at the Nautilus on a few occasions prior to the upgrade & it was very good then. The refurbishment is fabulous, we love RIU hotels. The food was excellent as usual, staff friendly & polite, I would recommend to everyone 😀😀😀😀

  Disliked: The outside bar near the pool, a more conventional bar would be good rather than just a hatch.

  Liked: There is nothing not to like about this hotel. It's recent upgrade, quality of rooms, facilities,staff and location are fantastic. The beach location and proximity to the marina in Benalmadena is a bonus. There are bars and shops close by and a taxi rank in front of the hotel. There was a wide choice of food available for breakfast and evening meal and the bar prices were very reasonable. The gardens were very well kept.

  Disliked: Hard to find fault with the hotel. Although we arrived about an hour later than the check in time our room wasn't ready and we had a very short wait. We were given a welcome drink and offered more when we were waiting. The staff were very apologetic. On a personal note I am allergic to strawberries, there was nowhere on the paperwork I completed on line to show this. I wouldn't have expected the hotel not to serve them but I did have to be careful because they were used as garnish and I was wary of cross contamination. I just avoided the areas where they were.

  PESIMA EXPERIENCIA. NUNCA RESERVEN SU NOCHE DE BODAS AHI

  Liked: No se, no disfrutamos absolutamente nada de las instalaciones del hotel, nos fuimos sin desayuno y con bulla cerca a la habitacion desde muy temprano.

  Disliked: Nada! Reservamos en este hotel nuestra noche de bodas y solicitamos pudieran darnos una cama matrimonial, quiza algo de decoracion, champagne y un late check out, NO nos dieron nada, eran camas dobles y a las 12 nos pidieron retirarnos. Me parece INCREIBLE que un hotel por el cual pagamos casi 500 euros la noche, se sintiera como un hotel de 50 euros. Pesima coordinacion, pesima atencion y su "solucion" cuando hicimos el check out a las 12, fue ofrecernos una copa de cava.....??? Que pesima experiencia, nos malograron nuestra Noche de Bodas.
