  Very disappointing

  Liked: Modern and well positioned for beach

  Disliked: No hot water for duration of trip. Poor service, completely lied to for duration of trip about situation.

  Average but perfect location

  Liked: Location is awesome,design of the apartment was nice

  Disliked: Cleanliness was not apropriate- hair on the ground,in the bathroom and in beds we found various hair.. The bathroom was not clean properly. The hot water runs in circle- as u start the water you have to wait minimum 4minutes for hot water… Then after 3minutes again started the cold water and this was repeating.. The sink (drain) was stucked from the first day..

  Worst host experience in my 20 years of traveling

  Liked: Design and equipment really stand out in the apartment. Someone invested a lot of effort into the apartment. In theory it has everything you could need, and in a great location.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, maintenance and people who take care of the apartment are not up to the task. We had no hot water which is a basic necessity and the host kept ignoring us, even after we repoterd it to booking.com. And then in addition to that our refrigerator broke down, some wood panels were destroyed, bedroom door that wasn't closing properly, the apartment was full of sand, and we only got one towel per person for the whole week.

  Do not waste your money!

  Liked: Location, equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, toiletries ( shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper), wi-fi, Netflix, dishwasher.

  Disliked: From our arrival, we found the cleanliness to be significantly below expectations. The floors were dirty and covered in sand, to the point that our socks would become dirty within minutes. The crockery was not properly cleaned, and the bedroom carpet had clearly not been hoovered, with visible hair, lint, and sand both on and underneath it. - I took photos before cleaning, disgusting! The sofa and decorative cushions also appeared unclean, and we felt the need to cover the couch with a bedsheet before using it. The bedding contained long hairs and lint, and we ended up washing it ourselves. While we appreciated having access to a washer and dryer, this is not something guests should need to do upon arrival. In addition, there were several maintenance issues: The hot water was very difficult to regulate, alternating between extremely hot and cold, and taking a long time to come through. One of the bedroom doors was not functioning properly. The bathroom sink leaks if the water runs for more than a short time. There was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the drains. As we were travelling with two young children (aged 3 and 4), we chose not to raise these issues during our stay, as we did not want the disruption of moving accommodation and preferred to make the most of our time at the beach. However, we did have to spend time cleaning the apartment ourselves to make it suitable for our family. Overall, we are very disappointed, as this was not the standard we expected based on the listing. We checked recent previous reviews and we noticed the same feedback. I have sent them my feedback and they replied they would have wanted the chance to clean and make the best of our stay while we were there- but these are only excuses, as they had the same feedback before and the situation did not change. No coffee, tea, water, sugar. Spend your money wisely, you can get amazing accommodation in the area for less money and better value!
