Good
A very stressful experience as I was very concerned about my health
Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The room had a bedbug infestation, when I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff and asked for a different room they informed me that the were no alternatives and I should contact booking.com which did absolutely nothing, other than inform me it was my decision if I wanted to spend the night in a bedbug infected room or check out. So I had to check out at around 2am and try and find an alternative, which of course at that time of the night was not possible.
Lovely nice hotel
Liked: Lovely hotel, excellent staff, it's in the centre so it's busy with shops, cafes, etc. Gorgeous place. I would go back to this hotel.
Disliked: Would have liked a kettle in the room and maybe a balcony room but unfortunately none left when I booked.
Noisy!
Liked: It was very basic, location right in the centre of town so good.
Disliked: Very basic rooms but clean. Very noisy, did not get any sleep

I would never return
Liked: Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location as well. After travelling almost 30 hours, I appreciated the helpful directions and assistance at the door.
Disliked: Bedsheets were not clean and the room had a strange smell. The staff at the restaurant were extremely rude and made me feel very unwelcome. I admit I arrived to breakfast late because I misunderstood the time told to me but I still arrived shortly before 10am. They refused to serve me any coffee or juice and then they told me I had 5 minutes to eat before I had to leave. I felt uncomfortable with them glaring at me so I decided to take my plate to my room but one woman came after me yelling down the hallway and told me I couldn’t take the food away so I had to return and eat quickly while they began to turn the lights off around me and stare. I only ate half my plate. The whole experience was very upsetting.
