  Only hotel ive stayed in that I wouldn't go back to

  Liked: Location excellent to the Marina.

  Disliked: Bar staff served those on all inclusive first even though paying guests in queue. No toilet rolls or tea facilities replenished in room. Too many trees making the outside sitting area always shaded and cold and half of pool area shaded. Entertainment... never saw any during the day and one night we stayed in, it took the two entertainers 2 hours to do a general knowledge quiz. When sitting on toilet knees hit the sink. At breakfast no organisation, it was a bit like a free for all, as was thd pool area people queuing fir over 30mins, 1 person with 6 towels taking 6 beds.

  Liked: Location Comfy bed Gym Indoor pool Good shower room for departure but late check out was expensive at 10e per hour..

  Disliked: The flies at the pool were unbearable everyone was talking about it. You couldn't close your eyes they were all over you we had to buy cintonella and the place was covered in ants. They were in our room too and we told reception twice but nothing happened. The bathroom was covered in hair when we arrived.. There's construction on the building opposite not the hotels fault but it can be loud. The pool was absolutely filthy dead bugs wasps and follliage. Some staff were nice but others were rude

  Good location hotel

  Liked: Location very good. Staff are very friendly.

  Disliked: This is not a 4 Star hotel. 3 at best. Breakfast is crazy busy and difficult to find a free table.

  Liked: Staff were lovely. Food was good. Room spacious (bathroom small) Close to the marina.

  Disliked: The outdoor bar gets no sun due to all the trees surrounding it. Building works happening across the road (no notice of this before booking) I would recommend for others to try it. I wouldn't return. You have to hire everything. Safe, towel deposit & daily charge, iron... 4 star hotels should have this included.

  Disliked: A building site outside the balcony, builders building from 8am so no sleep really every night. Ridiculous.
