  Comfortable, generally very pleasant and served our needs as near to the airport

  Liked: A lovely location and our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

  Disliked: Staff not terribly friendly or attentive. Restaurant didn’t open until 8.30pm so we ate in the bar. Weird menu.

  Liked: The areas and grounds were well maintained as you'd expect from a European comp Golf course. Very close to the beach, with access through a controlled gate Great choice of food items for breakfast, also a cooked breakfast to order. I don't know if there was an extra cost to this as we had filled our bellies prior to noticing this. My wife really loved the hairdryer 🤔🤔 Nice late checkout...latest 1200

  Disliked: There were no tea making facilities in the room, or even a kettle so that you could make your own if you'd taken! Rooms a little outdated with phone / internet sockets on the walls not being used because of the WiFi....which was pretty good to be fair. Right on the flight path. If you are a light sleeper, consider somewhere a little quieter Staff were adequately competent in their roles, however could've been a little bit cheerier. Breakfast staff could've been more helpful in explaining instructions on how to use coffee machine!!

  Ideal location for the airport

  Liked: Very convenient for the airport which was what we wanted. Very close to the beach too.

  Disliked: The staff at reception could have been more friendly.

  Liked: Lovely, clean and comfortable Junior Suite with balcony (swimming pool view) Friendly staff Close to airport (which will give some airplane noise for sure but it didn't bother us)

  Disliked: A little slow check in process, I think it had to do with the system while the girl did everything she could.

  Conveniently placed hotel meets most needs but could benefit from some improvements

  Liked: Used a room for disabled guests which had a new bathroom, excellent for wheelchair users but others issues had not been planned.... handrails for balance issues etcetera

  Disliked: Overall, breakfast is good but has deteriorated over the years - cost cutting? Breakfast at this hotel used to be a highlight which we looked forward to, but sadly.......

  Nightmare in room 216

  Liked: The location

  Disliked: Nightmare in Room 216. When we arrived and were designated a room we saw that the room door was wide open so were all windows and balcony doors. We thought this was strange. We went to have dinner and when we got back the room had an awful smell of rotten eggs and sewers, really bad smell that gave both of us a headache. We had a really bad night and hardly slept. The hotel knew about the bad smell that is why all doors and windows were left opened, and a cleaning staff member confirmed that they had treated the pipes a few months prior! I am extremely annoyed as to why this room 216 is still being hired out, disgusting behavior on the management of the Parador. Written to them for an explanation no reply!!
