  Liked: Het dakterras. Wel gezamenlijk gebruik. Dichtbij strand en veel restaurants in de buurt. Fijne tv met Netflix.

  Disliked: Disappointing experience – excessive noise and questionable handling of complaints We had a nice holiday, and the accommodation itself was perfectly fine. The location is good, close to the boulevard, and the host initially seemed very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the noise from the neighbouring property (the pub downstairs) was absolutely terrible and seriously affected our enjoyment of the stay. What disappointed us even more was how our complaint was handled afterwards. The host personally offered us €100 compensation for the noise disturbance. However, he insisted that we first publish our review before he would arrange the refund through Booking.com. He repeatedly assured us in writing that he would honour his promise, even stating that he would pay the compensation out of his own commission. We trusted him and submitted a positive review, giving the accommodation 4 out of 5 stars. However, because we gave 4 stars instead of 5, he withdrew his offer of compensation. This experience has seriously damaged our trust. In our case, the promised compensation was clearly linked to the rating we gave, rather than simply being offered as compensation for the inconvenience we experienced. I believe future guests deserve to know this when reading the reviews. The accommodation itself was fine, but the excessive noise and especially the way our complaint was handled left us very disappointed.

  Excellent location on the main strip. No noise. Excellent studio

  Very enjoyable sun holiday in a lovely apartment

  Liked: Location very close to beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. Host answered any questions I had immediately and was very pleasant. Very clean and well equipped. Nice bottle of wine for us when we arrived.
