We cancelled our stay upon arrival because the ‘appartment’ was nothing like shown on the ad. It was very small, smelled

  Disliked: Not as advertised

Disliked: The weather was just starting to get a bit better... that was the reason we had it a bit cold...😉

A gem, it is worth the detour

Liked: Our fantastic host Álvaro, was kind, patient, and prompt to respond to any of our queries. Mauresque experience luxury was impressive, spacious, and clean. We love the choice of colors. Far away from the crowded and touristy places along the beaches. It was a great opportunity to experience a lively typical Spanish community, to see people attending to their daily life. It was great to have a parking spot right at your door. We will certainly return for a longer stay.

Disliked: It seems very far away the first time you go there, especially when jetlagged or tired. However, just follow the directions and you will get there without any issues. You would need to have a car to go downtown Torremolinos and the beaches.

Liked: Really atmospheric. Welcomed well by stand-in host as owner away.

Disliked: Needed to ask for bedding as not in unit when arrived. You'll be asked to pay a 200 Euro deposit before arriving, even if staying for one night. 1 week after returning there's no sign of that being refunded, nor have requests for an update been acknowledged.
