  Avoid- very rude staff

  Liked: The location is good

Disliked: Rude staff! On morning of checkout there was no water at all so we couldn’t use the bathrooms or shower, we told them and they confirmed they’re doing a tank clean. We said ok we can wait a little, the water only came on around the checkout time. The cleaner turned up and said we should leave, we then told the staff they need to give us time to use bathrooms and shower and get ready and they kept pressuring us to leave and sending multiple abrupt messages “you need to leave now” “she needs to clean!” “We have other guests checking in” etc.. we were shocked at their behaviour!! The second single room is also awful, smaller in reality and it’s facing a corridor where you keep hearing noise and can’t sleep properly. The light in the main room not working properly Bathroom doesn’t have a window and the ventilation is poor Avoid!

  Lovely trip

Liked: Well equipped apartment, comfy beds and in a good location close to shops, bars, restaurants, banks and the train station. The communication from the host was very helpful and appreciated.

Disliked: I only like to advise that it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues because of steps leading into the apartment after opening the door.

If you dont mind noise and cockroaches go for it

Liked: The television, lounge and kitchen were high quality and comfortable. They included several amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, washing up liquid, and olive oil samples. Thanks

Disliked: The apartment was advertised as 'soundproof' (insonorizado). They lied as the windows were single glazed and had air gaps (See photos). This is the bare minimal in Spanish construction rules so definitely not soundproof. You could loudly hear neighbours, motor shop downstairs, street cars, house parties, etc. I contacted the landlord/agency. They only apologised and ignored my petition for compensation. I then asked for early cancellation and partial refund to find a new place. They accepted no responsibility and ignored me until the end of the rental. Furthermore, I rented the place for 1 week. The shower head was broken creating a water splash mess every shower. On the second day, I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Cleanliness, customer service and transparency really dissapointing. I stayed 3 days and left to stay in a hotel the remaining 4 days.

Even though there were some problems I liked my holidat

Liked: I liked the location (close to center) + size apartment (2 sleeping rooms) + airconditioning in living room (this was working correctly)

Disliked: The gentleman who brought the keys was not very nice (not enthousiastly) + the airco in the sleeping room did not work the first night: I contacted Namaste Elite, they arrived the same day (without me in the apartment), they opened my balcony door (I did not like that the did not inform me) + the airco worked afterwards, but it leaked each night. I also did not like the amount of mails before my holiday + a lot is organized wit AI (not personal contact).
