  Great stay; the location was amazing and the air con was delightful

  Liked: The air conditioning was excellent - especially with the heat outside.

  Disliked: Sometimes it was awkward to get back to when they closed the gates, and you werent sure when they would be open/closed. Wasnt sure the trash was supposed to go; managed to find bins nearby.

  Disliked: 1. The unit is described as a wheelchair accessible. In reality there is no wheelchair that can enter super narrow entrances to the bathroom and to the kitchen (after reporting it to Booking they said no wheelchair user had a problem in the past - we use active wheelchair that is 58 cm wide - basically you cant find as narrow wheelchairs as active ones on the market - this is DEFINITELY NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE UNIT). And we did not expect anything special, just being able to enter the bathroom - this was not possible. We were not rude and we were kindly trying to ask for the help but there was zero help from anyone. 2. If you have a problem there is a whatsapp phone number but for the whole time you talk with AI Chatbots there (you have immediate responses after 1 second telling you someone will contact with you - but nothing happens later). We called the emergency number to the host - we talked with some type of call center and people told us they will give us a call the next day - we had no contact from anyone for the whole stay. This is just a big company who owns the place and they try to make as much money as possible and reduce costs (we had a problem with person on the wheelchair and no one has ever even shown up, no one ever replied to us - you talk with AI bots for the whole time). 3. After we reported it to Booking they offered returning the money for 1 person (we were 4 people) - but they didnt ask is it okay - they just solved the problem with Booking this way. It was the only response we received from the real person and it was very unprofessional (judging us we asked only for the elevators, saying there were no problems with people on the wheelchairs before and it's a goodwill gesture from them to return 1/4 of the money). 4. There are cockroaches in the kitchen (at least they were real, not AI). 5. After one month the place is still visible as a wheelchair accessible - it helps with better search results so they did not remove it.
