Exceptional
Liked: We had a lovely stay at this apartment and really enjoyed our time here. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with comfortable mattresses that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really appreciated the easy and accessible parking. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we would happily recommend it!

Liked: The apartment was nice and pretty. The views are amazing and then you really do open the door to the beach.
Disliked: It is on top of a restaurant and the apartment was infested with cockroaches:( we had to spend a lot time checking one by one all of our belonging to make sure we weren’t taking any friend back home. The building you might think is being renovated, but then you can tell it’s been like that for a long time. Looks like is falling apart. The main bed was really uncomfortable and one of the mattress in the bunk bed had a loose spring. Every once in a while the bathroom would expel a very bad smell.
Liked: This was our first visit to La Mata and we were very taken with the rustic charm of the place, miles of open beaches and dunes towards Guardamar and easy walkways through the dunes to the lovely water park and then tracks above the rockier coves into Torrevieja. Also nice rambles around the La Mata saltlake. Whilst the apartment is situated in an older block,it is beautifully kept with stylish modern decor and good new equipment. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the attractive 180°+ views. The TV was useful for SkyNews,and Spanish and sports channels ( on the colourful TVApp). The WiFi was a bit variable during our stay due to a local system outage so is probably not a general problem. However at all times we could contact Tomas via WhatsApp and he always gave us rapid and thoughtful responses. The A and A2 bus into Torrevieja is only 4 mins walk. We arrived from Alicante on the No. 40 airport bus into Torrevieja and then caught the A bus from just outside the bus station.. The Lebanon lounge below was very pleasant and pretty unobtrusive. Shopping was quite convenient from the Unide supermarket a short walk away. We had a very lovely 8 day holiday here and would certainly think of returning. Thank you for everything Tomas.

Liked: The apartment is very comfortable, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent and accessible with its own parking lot.
Disliked: The rest of the building is in pretty bad shape.
Liked: Very nice view from the window, great location, restaurants nearby. Perfect place for a relaxing stay.
