  Won’t stay again

  Liked: The apartments are lovely..very modern, clean & new looking.

  Disliked: The place is lovely..few different swimming pools..great bar staff. However, the man at reception was rude,abrupt & very unwelcoming & the pool grounds manager & his pool side staff are rude & unhelpful. I left my pool band in my room & my husband went back to get it..& i was immediately kicked off pool side despite giving them my room number & explaining my husband was getting my band. Their rudeness spoilt my stay unfortunately.

  Would stay at Flamenca again but wouldn’t book through this management agency

  Liked: Lovely well maintained complex in a great location. Clean pool.

  Disliked: We were given one towel each and only one key on arrival. This was extremely inconvenient as we had a teenage son. If there was a lock box at the door where the key could be left that would be fine but it was a huge inconvenience for the entire holiday. We didn’t have the freedom to go where we wanted. Also, we booked full apartment but only 2 beds were ready as we only booked for 3. All beds should have been prepared regardless. We had friends staying in other apartments managed by other agents and they had 2/3 keys and plenty towels etc. just feel after paying a large amount that the provisions in our apartment were not to the standard we would have expected. Again, a beautiful apartment but I would book via a different management agency the next time as better provisions were provided to others. One key is a HUGE inconvenience and limited our plans on our holidays.

  Some lovely apartments in the development however I feel this one lacked the touches that others had. Overall I was disa

  Liked: It was a lovely development with a great pool, the pool bar was fabulous with great staff working and the food was great.

  Disliked: The bed sheets were far too thin and we had been originally sold an apartment with one double bed and two twin beds however before our arrival we were informed it would be a sofa bed in the room with the twin beds not as it had originally been sold when we booked. Given the proximity of our arrival we could not find alternative accommodation so we accepted this apartment however it wasn’t a comfortable bed. The other sofa bed in the living room also broke constantly. We asked for it to be fixed which reception staff did so promptly however it continued to break throughout our stay. Some of the pillows we had originally received had mould stains on them. We showed these two reception and they did replace them however this did make us feel slightly uncomfortable.

  I would definitely stay here again 🙌

  Liked: Great location supermarket is literally two minute walk the Pool bar is great and lots of restaurants nearby. Beds really comfy and spacious apartments.

  Disliked: The Pool areas don’t open until 11 am which I feel for slightly late and there are a lot of rules around the pool area
