Good
It was just okay
Liked: The rooms are cleaned every day and quite well.
Disliked: The hotel itself is quite old and you can feel it in everything: the interior, the bed linen, the towels, the furniture, everything is not in very good condition. There were no bottles of water in the room, no toiletries (I mean disposable toothpaste and toothbrush, cotton swabs, sponges, etc.).There were no towels or slippers. The hairdryer was quite old, built into the wall, and had no way to adjust the power or temperature.
Great stay in a good location
Liked: Excellent staff who went beyond what would be expected of them, professional, pleasant and polite.
Disliked: The hotel is generally quite tired, some facilities are not accessible to those with mobility issues
Comfy and convenient with lovely views and great breakfast, albeit a bit dated
Liked: Comfy beds, lovely dining room with views, lovely breakfast, 24 hr reception, parking available.
Disliked: A bit dated, dark wood everywhere, the pool is too deep so could not stand up in it anywhere and not safe for children. Cracks in building structure. Attempted to book for dinner twice but was told it was full as they were short staffed so were not taking more than 20 covers each evening - this was the main bug bear - there were only 4 people eating that we could see. The same waitress was serving at the bar so there was rather a long wait. Maybe why the bar area was so quiet. They are missing a trick here.

Disliked: Hotel needs to be updated as we found it very dull in bar and prices was a bit over the top our table and chairs on balcony was fit for the bin also the photos on booking.com were very misleading
Liked: Pool was great with lush views
Disliked: Breakfast could of been a bit better
