  Disappointed about the overall facilities

  Liked: The general location is fantastic, there are 3 pools in total. 1 kids pool, 1 outdoor heated pool and 1 infinity pool, plus there is a heated hot tub. There is a large area for sunbathing around the infinity pool and there a loads of sunbeds available for use. The view from the apartments is stunning, you can see right across the bay to Torrevieja and the position of the apartments is such that you get to see the sunrise everyday, weather depending. The apartments are in a secure compound with access into the ground, your apartment block and apartment are via 3 separate keys so security isn't an issue

  Disliked: There were no window coverings to the large patio doors in each room. These to rooms both led on to the same balcony. Therefore there was absolutely zero privacy when you were in the bedrooms, either from each other or from the people in the apartment blocks opposite. We have stayed in these apartment block but different apartments twice previously and we have not had an issue like this before. There was only one small pillow per person, so if you like to sleep with normal sized pillows or multiple pillows you you would struggle. I ended up taking a back support cushion off the patio chairs and using that as a pillow, this was better but not what you have wanted. The double bed in the main bedroom only had a single duvet available for it, fortunately there were only a couple of occasions that it was cool enough that that was needed.

  Liked: Location of the property to the seafront Size of property Complex it is located on

  Disliked: The shower in the second bathroom was not turned on properly, which we were not aware of, and therefore, we were not able to be use for 2 days whilst we waited for someone to come out and fix it. The lamp in the main room was broken at the top and did not work (didn't report it as only realised on the last day and didn't need it during our stay) Certain parts of the property, especially around the air conditioning fan in the bedroom seemed a bit tatty and looked unclean - needs tidying up Also would of expected it to be a little cleaner around the beds in the second bedroom, where a false nail had also been discarded and not cleaned up. In addition I would expect the following in a property, that is not cheap to rent for a week and being advertised as 'luxury':- 1/ USB chargers in the sockets 2/ Extractor Fans that can cope with the steam in the bathroom (the ones in situ are not good enough) - along with anti-steam mirrors 3/ Mirrors in the bedrooms - as using the one in the main room of the property is not suitable when drying hair - as you can't do this in the bathroom due to all the steam 4/ Washing up liquid & Hand soap - had to purchase these, but were advised they must not be left - seems such a waste since there was more than half a bottle in all of them - it would be nicer to provided with some for the stay 5/ The outside furniture could be a little bit cleaner - especially the covers on the sofa

  Liked: The property was immaculate, well equipped and the views were amazing. The views are better in real life than the photos show.

  Disliked: On each bed was a single, thin and very soft pillow, in comparison to what we are used to at home.

  Liked: Warm pool, very modern and extremely clean apartments. Gardens kept immaculately.

  Disliked: Only 1 pool open and only available 9-5. Could do with somewhere on site to purchase water and milk etc. Maybe a small bar area for day time glass of wine and tapas would've been perfect.

  Liked: Loved the stunning views. Beautiful modern apartment with lovely bathrooms. Good security. Felt very safe when inside. Could see improvement in Gardens and pool as the complex was being readied for the summer

  Disliked: Pillows too small. Single quilts on double bed were odd. Minimal toilet roll on arrival. Nearest shops for food supplies are quite a walk when you don't have a car and are self catering. Very little sun into apartment, so had to put heating on...but was out of season.
