An interesting visit to an area we have not been before

Liked: The location of the apartment was very good for our requirements. Convenient for the city centre facilities also a short walk to the Marina/Harbour area and not very far to the seafront/beaches. Very well connected to the inexpensive local bus services.

Disliked: Complete lack of personal contact for the checkin/checkout process. Building works being carried out just across from the apartment.

Enjoyed stay except for the hassle getting in and the faulty hotel entrance door lock

Liked: The location is ideal and a very good price, the room was fine and bathroom was clean and had a good shower unit

Disliked: We contacted the lady via the Booking.com app. but when we sent text that we would be half an hour, as requested, we had no reply. Therefore we rang but were told to speak in Spanish, which we could not. Arrived at the hotel in hope she would turn up but after 20 minutes + no joy, luckily a young lady entering could speak English and rang for us and the hotel receptionist came in 10 minutes. Also the lock to the front door of the hotel was faulty and took some time to open. it was a shame as we would have used it again without the problems
