Exceptional
Liked: Everything was very good. Great location, clean, and a pleasant host. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds, a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, and two bathrooms. Attention has been paid to small details. We definitely recommend it.
Liked: Our stay exceeded all expectations. The villa has a fantastic location close to the sea and the beautiful rocky coastline of Cabo Cervera. It is also perfectly positioned for walks or runs along the coast, especially towards La Mata. Our host was absolutely amazing. Due to flight delays we arrived very late at night, yet she was still there waiting for us with a smile. She even left some complimentary groceries and a bottle of wine, which was incredibly thoughtful and honestly a lifesaver after a long journey. The villa itself is beautifully designed with very tasteful furnishings. The layout works perfectly for larger families, offering both comfort and privacy. I can honestly say I have never stayed in a better-equipped place — we immediately felt at home. Everything was also impeccably clean. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent villa and great host
Liked: Lovely host, really welcoming and communicated with us before and during when we needed it. We would highly recommend this place. It was close for us to the beach and a local hotel that had an event on we were attending over a few days. We hired a car and were close to Alicante and Benidorm for trips out. Transport is great for those who don’t hire a car. Bus stop is a five minute walk. The actual villa had everything we needed from washing machine to dishwasher. Really comfortable beds and air con throughout.

Liked: Our stay was amazing, the villa far exceeded our expectations, spotlessly clean, exceptionally well equipped, spacious, and great location. Great WiFi (kept our teenagers happy), great air con, comfy beds, like a home from home! Very close to the sea, we were able to swim and snorkel off the rocky beach which is situated two or three minutes walk away. Just around the corner lovely sandy beach with coastguard (would be great for younger children). Lots of nice places to eat within easy walk. Owner very friendly, easy to contact with any questions and quick to reply. Over all we could not be more satisfied with our stay, will definitely book again, thank you 😊

Perfect house
Liked: a great, newly renovated and beautifully furnished house. And not only is the house great, but you will find everything you need for your vacation in it: such little things as beach towels, a sun umbrella, beach chairs. The abundance of kitchen utensils was also surprising: it seems that the owners themselves lived comfortably and passed it all on to the guests. I rarely write such a good review, but this time I can honestly say: we felt almost at home and could live here longer:) P.S. The hostess is very nice.
Disliked: only one drawback of the house: there is no swimming pool... But the sea is nearby and you know this very well when booking.
