Fabulous
Affordable stay, close to beaches, nice pool
Liked: Apartment that offers good value for money. Quiet, but central location. All kind of shops and restaurants are close by. The air conditioning is working very well. Apartment equipped including washing machine. Close to beaches. Nice pool.
Disliked: There was no parking at the apartment. In this area it is very difficult, almost impossible to find a parking lot. We travelled with four people. The apartment isn't very spacious for four people. We received only 1 set of keys. That made life a bit complicated, as the key is required to enter/leave the pool, enter/leave the house.
Liked: the cleaner let us in 2 hrs early! its ok for a short break for 2/4 people. In need of TLC as its dated and needs some maintenance, short walk 50m to pool and they provided 2 towels and a beach throw and 2 small foldable chairs. 10 mins walk to beach 800m
Disliked: coffee machine didnt work [but found a cafeteria in cupboard] TV in lounge had no sound so changed with TV in Bedroom, [oven had no control knobs so not working] but had working hob and microwave also no toaster

Liked: Clean, great location and uncomplicated check in / out, overall very comfortable
Disliked: Only one set of keys for 3 people
Great apartment in good location with pool. Good value
Liked: The apartment was perfect size for us, lovely balcony and two bedrooms. (One double bed room, and another room 2 single beds) The pool area was great and not busy this time of year. So clean everywhere too. Amazing communication from host. The kitchen was great (I did miss having a toaster though) so we could cook, make coffee, feel at home. Very safe complex, not noisy when we were there. Really good price as well. Basics were there on arrival. (Towels, toilet roll, condiments, bottle of water)
Disliked: Being really picky- only one set of keys was sometimes inconvenient as you had to unlock two gates to get out and we sometimes go out separately. The double bed isn’t the most comfy if you’re bothered by that.

Liked: Easy access to Torrevieja
Disliked: Not the most comfortable beds
Flat is fine. Noise from neighbours is an issue. Cleaning of pool is an issue
Liked: WiFi was excellent. The apartment has what you need. It is a bit old and worn but it all worked ok.
Disliked: Noise insulation is non existing. Very annoying when neighbours are noisy. Pool had green algae around the edges. So probably not as clean as it could be. Water on body and towel smelled bad after swim. So only used the pool once. For these reasons I would not stay there again.
