HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR STAY

Disliked: I was unlucky enough to forget my passport in my room. Two different front desk representatives told me that the coat and the passport inside it were not in the room. Therefore, I canceled my US passport, and I had to wait over the weekend for a new one to be issued by the Barcelona US Consulate. At the end of the day, I got a call from the Hotel, telling me that they found the item forgotten in the room closet. However, they refused to send it back to me immediately, asked for the supervisor's name, and then hung up on me. The Representative’s attitude was impertinent and entirely inconsiderate, as if they had done everything right. In addition: upon my arrival, there was no soap or shampoo in the room, the air conditioner was working very poorly and hardly cooled the room, and the Wi-Fi was nonexistent inside the room; only one person was in charge of both the front desk and breakfast, and both tasks were poorly done. The breakfast was terrible, very similar to those in the US, without virtually any choice. The quality of the coffee was also US-style: water with a brownish color.
