Exceptional
Family Getaway
Liked: Good location. It was low season so the area were quiet during our stay. Perfect for our family get together. House are well equipped and clean. Rooms smell so good with the diffusers. They have lift down to the main floor level from the main entrance gate. Easy for our old aged parents. Huge space for family of 9. Our children are happy with the toys and playground in the compound during raining days. Unfortunately we didnt use the pool and jacuzzi because of the weather. beautiful view from the bedrooms and jacuzzi terrace. The host is friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed. Thank you so much and we will be back again in a better season.
Disliked: Could have more bowls for soup for cereals. This is personal preference, I like to sleep with 2 pillows. Maybe can provide extra pillows in the cupboard. Ideally small grass patch for the dogs. It would be handy for the dogs to do quick wee before bedtime in the compound rather taking them out on the street in the middle of the night.

Very disappointing, overpriced, charges for luxury but is basic and the advertised amenities non functional and the host
Liked: The location was lovely. The villa was nice and spacious and well equipped. The location was close to a lovely beach.
Disliked: There were a lot of mosquitoes/ other bugs in the bedrooms even with keeping the doors closed, we all got really badly bitten despite using lots of insect repellent spray. The hot tub was dirty, cold and very dangerous as had an electrical fault and my husband got an electric shock when put his hand in and was fortunate not to get electrocuted if he had jumped in. Our hosts seemed really annoyed that we pointed this out to them and that we weren’t happy about it, they called an electrician who found it to be faulty so we couldn’t use it for our stay and the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this place. The couple who greeted us were lovely( who worked there) but the hosts were honestly the most unhelpful and rudest people I have met so didn’t mention to them about the mosquitoes, the TV that didn’t work, the fact they didn’t open the barrier to let us in the night we arrived very late and had to wait in the taxi for a good while etc etc We have stayed in lots of places in Europe and Spain and have never had to post a negative review.
