Disliked: 1. The hotel/room so OLD and needs renovation, and there are ants crawling around. 2. The breakfast has very little choice, no vegetables, bad cheese. You also had to pay extra for orange juice and boiled eggs (2-3 euros each time per person), which should have been included in the breakfast. We paid 133 euros per night with breakfast, which is higher than in other hotels of Tossa and we needed to pay extra for eggs. Seriously? 3. You need to leave keys at the reception every time.

Liked: Great location! The onsite parking is essential.
Disliked: We loved the jacuzzis on the top floor, but they were open too late in the morning - before being in the full sunlight - and closed rather early in the evening.
Perfect location, amazing staff
Liked: The location was great, we came on the bus and it wasn't a long walk from the bus station, it was also very close to the main beach and attractions. The staff definitely made a difference, I am still impressed by the reception team, they all have developed an incredible skill of remembering who is in each room. We had to leave the key and they were always noticing if we were coming and had the key ready for us, they never missed it, never went wrong. I've also noticed they were fluent in multiple languages, honestly, excellent reception team, they went above and beyond all times! The hotel was also very clean, they made our bed every day. We didn't really use breakfast or the bar except for a few teas at night and the staff was very nice there too. We used the jacuzzi on the first day and that was a nice thing too!
Disliked: For the price, nothing really. But maybe the bathroom could do with some improvements, there was no ventilation and I could notice a bit of damp smell in the room, but that's absolutely normal being in a humid environment and an old building, we couldn't see any damp, I think it was more due to the bathroom but everything was very clean.
Disliked: Very small tv, and weren't android or smart tv
