Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Everything was perfect.
Liked: Great location a few minutes walking from the beach and all the restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Hotel buffet was good and inexpensive.
Disliked: The rooms are outdated. Beds weren’t comfortable, we expected king size and we got two singles brought together so we could feel the gap in between. We only saw the pool from outside which seemed way too small given the amount of guests in the hotel especially in August. The pool upstairs was said to be adult only so we didn’t bother taking a look. Parking is limited within the hotel. We got the last spot located a few streets away. They have 2 parking structures.
Disliked: AC was non-stop turned on, but it's not working properly, so during the peak sun hours, the room is unbearably hot all the time! Hotel cleanliness is questionable because in 4 days we stayed there, our towels were not changed once. Dishes we used for breakfast were not thoroughly cleaned, so there were visible oily marks. Please skip this hotel.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the welcoming service
Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in good condition. The location was also very convenient.
Disliked: Parking outside the hotel was quite difficult and complicated, which was a downside.
Disliked: Food was fine but vegetables weren't fresh because it wasn't changed daily, even when it was hot. It's dangerous. I would also like to have a free pad or a tampon in my room.
Liked: I good location, food is good.
Disliked: The room was not clean, especially the toilet, snd door od toilet. It was reported several times that the shower cabin was leaking water and that the part of the bathroom was wet, but no one responded.
