Fabulous
Liked: Can’t rate this place more highly. Rooms were very cute and clean. Staff were amazing. It was my partners birthday they week prior, they noticed on his passport and bought cake up to the room unprompted. They supported us with issues with bus tickets. Could not rate the staff and customer service more highly. Location is perfect. Tucked away enough to feel quiet at night but still amongst everything happening
A comfortable quiet stay in the old town for a fair price
Liked: A very comfortable stay in a great location supported by caring and competent staff.
Disliked: not much... it took a while to figure out how to get hot water in the shower... but of course, I'm "old school."
Cozy comfortable feel
Liked: Great location, beautiful decor and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, great diner recommendation for a nearby restaurant. Honor system for coffee, soft drinks and beverages off-hours.
Amazing hotel - must stay if you are visiting Tossa
Liked: Amazing location and property. Great service from the staff. The property is almost 100 years old and so well maintained. Great view of the beach from the hotel terrace.
Disliked: Parking is a problem at the location. Therefore, the hotel charges 20 euros for car parking per day. But you can find a parking lot about 500m away for much cheaper.
Liked: Very good location, I appreciated the extra care for the dog, he had a bed and a food bowl in the room upon arrival.
Liked: The staff and location was wonderful. The lobby and dining area was great. The location was extremely convenient to everything. The area itself was quiet and quaint.
Disliked: The beds weren't quite comfortable and the pillows were awful. They were hard and too long. Would have been nicer to have 2 smaller pillows.
