  Family oriented, not recommended for those who want peace and quiet

  Liked: There were walking trails into town and the ac worked well.

  Disliked: This is a family oriented resort with lots of kids. It’s very loud, and a good walk to get into town. They were incapable of providing coffee before 9 am. without having to pay for breakfast.

  Very average for the price

  Liked: Spacious room good air con good swimming area for children, kids activities are great,the staff specially the reception and the manager are kind and helpful

  Disliked: The property look more like a camping than a 4 star hotel everything is outside including the entrance to the restaurant, during pick season you also need to queue an insane amount of time to eat which is very inconvenient with little kids, the food itself was ok however it is so small and noisy you feel in a canteen. Regarding the kid club you cannot leave your kids and go for a swim as they do not accept responsibility which makes difficult for the adult to enjoy any kind of relaxation or free time / in terms of activities since everything is outside you simply cannot do them under 45 degree weather. Evening entertainment was not great either

  Liked: • Hotel staff — The staff were wonderful: kind, polite, and consistently fast. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely awesome. • Activities — Daily pool activities and nightly entertainment such as cultural shows, games, and flamenco dancing. Simple but enjoyable. • Food quality — The food is varied, with options for all tastes, and many dishes feel homemade. • Kids’ pool — Safe pool for children with a water jet feature. Ideal for families with young kids.

  Disliked: • Air‑conditioning system — The AC in my building shuts down whenever any room changes its mode I had to switch rooms twice at 11 p.m. with my Young son, which was extremely inconvenient. • Buffet queues — Accessing the buffet requires waiting in line. When it rains, everyone crowds inside the bar while waiting for their turn. • Pool depth for teens — Not suitable for adventurous teenagers. The deepest part of the pool is only around 1.60–1.65 m. • Late check‑out policy — Although the board says late check‑out can be purchased, reception informed me it can only be requested on the same day. This makes planning difficult • Security concerns — Both access doors (main entrance and parking) remain constantly open. It often felt like anyone could walk in unnoticed, especially since wristbands don’t identify who is actually staying at the hotel. With so many small children around, this feels unsafe and should be improved. • Ants in the room — Small ants appeared in the room. I reported it on the first day and was told someone would come, but the issue persisted the following day. • Shower thermostat issues — The shower thermostat doesn’t work properly, making it very hard to find a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the bathroom tap is installed incorrectly: hot water comes out where cold should be, and vice versa. Not safe for children.

  Great for my 8 year old, bad for everyone else

  Liked: Great entertainment for the kids and great facilities for the kids. The entertainers were wonderful people. Loved the fact that they held onto the kids Nintendo switch for us from our last visit as it was left behind last time.

  Disliked: The food was awful we had all inclusive but had to go to the supermarket to buy food to cook in our kitchenette. By day 2 my son had food poisoning and by day 4 I had it (ruined the last night of the holiday). There was mould in our room behind the curtains (the neighbour experienced the same). It costs 15 euros to go 5 mins to the closest supermarket. Some of the staff weren't so friendly. Not so much for adults to do, if you don't have kids I wouldn't recommend, my Mum was incredibly bored except on bingo night.
