Liked: Good location Clean
Disliked: We had Ants if been left rubbish bin full, or some snacks left on cupboard. Anyway staff was good and we were transferred to other room. There are rooms where the windows and balcony doors need to be replaced; the locks are old and insecure, making it unsafe to leave personal belongings there. Plus, they look very unsightly. It was difficult because there wasn't even a kettle to make coffee—that’s a major downside. The parking fee is very expensive, as this hotel does not have a private parking lot, and finding a free parking space is almost impossible.

Terrible customer service. Our bathroom light was broken and never got fixed for our entire stay
Liked: Location is very close to the beach and the main bus station
Disliked: All services is 100% digitised, so communication is very difficult to go through, only messaging through whatsApp, and cannot call customer service directly. Our bathroom light fixture was broken, so we requested for services through messaging on WhatsApp multiple times, but never received any services and our bathroom light never got fixed for our entire stay of 2 nights.
good to just sleep and shower
Liked: its an okay room, everything was as it's supposed to be and everything is closeby in the city
Disliked: lots of night noise, they clean the glass containers outside every morning around 5:00 and you can hear everything going on on the street
Disliked: Staff was generally unkind and cold, we were not advised on the amenities provided, not given beach towels, directions, or any assistance besides the room key and wifi. We did not know where the bedding was stored, how the tv worked, etc.
Liked: El hotel esta bien aunquebastante impersonal todo, ya que todo el trato es virtual. No puedes acceder a las habitaciones antes de las 3 pero te tienes que ir a las 11. Por suerte, puedes dejar el equipaje en taquillas.
