Exceptional
A very clean apartment in a lovely area with a wonderful host
Liked: It was a lovely apartment and Victor was very good about showing us around and very communicative. Since we were on the Camino, the washer/dryer was a luxury and we really appreciated it. There's lots of shops and restaurants nearby but unfortunately when we got settled they had already closed but there is a restaurant underneath the apartment that was nice. I would definitely recommend it.

Super clean and spacious
Liked: Four of us stayed at Alojamento Fortaleza before starting our Camino walk from Valença. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great location close to restaurants, shops, and plenty of activity. One thing to keep in mind if you're walking the Camino: most luggage transfer companies don't offer pickup or drop-off directly at the apartment. Make sure to choose a company that services this location. Otherwise, you'll need to walk to the local fire station to drop off and collect your luggage.
Liked: Very cool place to stay the night. Took a few minutes to figure out it was the apartment over a restaurant in the fort. The views were amazing and the grounds were unbelievable. Keys were picked up at a local shop which took a few minutes to find. The apartment was very nice sized and easily accommodated four women. Having spent the day on the Camino, we were hungry early (6ish) and there weren't a lot of food options for early dining.
Liked: Beautifull apartment. Big rooms and comfy beds. Beautiful town.
Disliked: There was a lot of noice from the ventilation from the kitchen below and the water heater in the hallway.
