Liked: The staff was very welcoming and help us to locate our luggage that was delivered at a different address. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The area has everything we needed. At a near by restaurant, we had the best lunch of all our waking on the Caminho e Santiago de Compostela. The hotel is close to the Fort of Valença, which is absolutely amazing, and deserves a visit. We would love to go back to Valença and stay at Val Flores.

Disliked: No air conditioning. Shower curtain a little dirty. No fridge in room
Disliked: People were able to smoke in their rooms. Advertised as breakfast included, when asked about that it was for big groups, we were only a 2 person party
