Liked: Excellent location and spacious rooms with a river view. Very good service and helpful staff
Disliked: No coffee / tea self service in room.
Beautiful property
Liked: Beautiful property, as one would expect. Beds very comfortable, great bathroom.
Disliked: Unless you pay for the (expensive) buffet breakfast, which opens at 8am (typical for Spain), there is no coffee available. No kettle available, either. And no coffee shop nearby. So if you need your coffee in the morning, which I do, you need to get creative.

Disliked: the source of my complaint is that i stood at the front desk for over 20 mins awaiting check-in while the receptionist took a phone call. i was walking the Camino, so i was tired and dirty and had a 28 pound backpack on my back. moreover, she never informed or instructed me that the restaurant “required” reservations…an important detail. i have stayed at three other Parador properties and was always given great service. this property is not the same…

Disliked: some staff in restaurant were a bit grumpy- Reception staff were fantastic
