Liked: the balcony
Disliked: the room doesnt worth 300 the night. no big enough, no good A/C. walls were not clean and some furniture was in not the best conditions. no even fridge in the room. nearby there was a factory so the views... the noise... crazy

Liked: Parking for motorbikes outside Reception and under the CCTV camera so secure. Good size room with balcony view towards Valderobres. Plenty of storage in room. Shampoo and shower gel provided. Bathroom large. AC was good enough. Dinner (included in our package) is 18 euros per person if not included and a good deal. The food was tasty and the flan with Baileys was absolutely divine. The young male staff member in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful and he was kept very busy but remained polite and chatty at all times. Breakfast was the usual array of cold foods including a good selection of fruit. Although the room overlooked the car park and road, we weren't disturbed by road noise.
Disliked: Check-in took a long time and the Reception staff were neither welcoming nor unwelcoming. I think they could have done better as the first interaction we had. Only one pillow each on the bed. Maybe we could have asked for more but there wasn't a spare provided. The bathroom had one glass wall which was frosted but when the bathroom light was on the light shone into the bedroom, a very odd choice of material in my opinion. Whilst breakfast was adequate, I would have preferred some brown bread rather than only white. Whilst the AC was good enough, I would have preferred to be able to turn it down lower when we first arrived.
