Exceptional
Liked: The room was very spacious and cozy. Loved it. The bathroom is also clean.
Excellent
Liked: The beds and pillows were excellent. We stayed in a triple room and the double/twin bed was huge. The location is great for visiting the city. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel with direct lines to most attractions. The metro station (Turia) is also within walking distance, around 8 minutes maybe. The food is the restaurant/ bar was very good too. There’s a shopping center nearby and several supermarkets in the area.

Nice modern hotel with great staff
Liked: Staff from the reception team to the bar were great from start to finish, very helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy with plenty of toiletries and cleaned daily. The breakfast is basic but good, I'd recommend it maybe only for a couple days stay as it is quite repetitive but still good quality. Key point for me though was that all the staff we dealt with were excellent. Location is fine, it's a little out of the centre but a short walk to Turia park and maybe 15-20 mins walk to the main bars/restaurants/sights.
A three-star hotel, but with four-star performance
Liked: . The location is excellent. The Old Town is a half-hour walk away, and public transport is available just a few meters from the hotel entrance. The staff were incredibly kind. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, served between 7:00 and 11:00 AM. The bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion; a hairdryer is also provided. You can order dinner to your room until 11:00 PM at no extra cost. I highly recommend it.

Amazing week at Hotel Kramer and returning next month
Liked: We only had breakfast once but it was very good. We had lunches and dinners in the restaurant. Lovely staff, delicious food. Excellent service.
Disliked: We have nothing to criticise. Housekeeping really good. All the people we met were friendly and helpful
Liked: The staff were absolutely amazing. Very welcoming, cheerful and very helpful. Especially Tatyana and a man (sorry cannot remember his name) was working during the day on 18th Oct. Also a staff member on evening of 17th gave us a recommendation for a great restaurant. Please pass on my thanks to all of them. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was top tier. The room was very clean. The location was perfect. The hotel was great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.
