Fabulous
Was eeally great, was overall very happy with the stay!
Liked: Staff is very helpful and approachable. Free flavoured water available at the entrance. Good location, especially for conferences. While the swimming pool is a bit small, it is great it is available at all times.
Disliked: More information would be useful regarding the swimming pool’s usage. There were noone else using it, yet the lockers were all occupied. I was not aware there were additional lockers next to the pool as well. Some additional vegetables could be provided at breakfast, at the moment only tomatoes were available.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortably sized.
Disliked: The room was extremely basic for a hotel of this category. There were virtually no amenities provided — not even a complimentary bottle of water, a coffee machine, or basic bathroom items such as cotton buds. The towels were particularly disappointing: poor quality, worn out and clearly in need of replacement. Overall, this is clearly a business hotel, but the level of cost-cutting is excessive and has a noticeable impact on comfort. The lack of even very basic amenities makes the experience feel unnecessarily austere and falls short of what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Disliked: Its just missing something, for example can't get a coffee in the reception area in the morning until the shop opens after breakfast. Does not meet expectations for 4 star.
