Great base for mountain exploring, but remember you are a 20 min drive from a shop
Liked: Fabulous location, lots of mountain trails nearby
Disliked: Very noisy plumbing from other appartments in building and what we assume was building/renovation from the proprietor till very late 2 nights, ie almost till midnight.

Lovely family run hostel and perfect base for exploring this part of the Pyrenees
Liked: Aneto is an lovely quiet and charming little village, with beautiful views and perfect as a base for exploring this region of the Pyrenees. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable and the owners are very helpful and friendly. We chose to self cater, but there is a nice looking restaurant in Aneto if we wanted to eat out.
