Disliked: Nobody inform us about picking up the keys physically from the different location. 500 meters away.

Liked: Well located. Well equipped Ckean and comfortable
Disliked: We walked to key collection point from the train station - approx 15 minutes with luggage etc. after completing registration we were advised it was 10-15 minutes ute walk to apartment. It would have been good to know distance involved. We are fit and able to do this with luggage - not everyone could. And please put a mirror in apartment other than bathroom. ( great full length mirrors in entrance hall but no good for getting dressed etc )

Liked: Excellent staff and most helpful. Easy to get the keys and very clear instructions prior to arrival. The apartment and building were very clean and well kept, and staff attending the apartment were friendly and very efficient. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and very central to facilities and sightseeing.
