Liked: Everything - great city
Disliked: The keys/checkin was awful - after paying our daughter wet herself while we were waiting in the streets with suitcases for the key code which was inaccessible because we couldn't all check in on the app - it took a very long time and we had to go around the app
We loved staying here, it was perfect for what we needed
Liked: Clean, had everything we needed and a great location. Communication was excellent.

Liked: Water was hot
Disliked: Exceptionally noisy. Paper thin ceiling/walls so that elephants above kept us awake til 3am. Could hear every word. Bar downstairs didnt help. Whole apartment needs a refresh. Also need to check facilities actually available. No way could 4 people stay and cook anything more than toast. Would be so easy to make a bit more welcoming - tea/coffee and local info. Even info about apartment. Photos misleading. Think we were upgraded but didnt feel like it. Lack of natural light.

Disliked: Dark place. Expensive parking.
Liked: Location is perfect.
Disliked: Appartment is very basic and in need of some maintanance. Not much natural light and it is very noisy from the upstairs appartment.
Liked: Easy access to the apartment, it is very close to Plaza Mayor. Everything as described.
