Great location with balcony overlooking Plaza Mayor
Liked: Wonderful location overlooking the Plaza Mayor. Could not have picked a better place to stay in that regard. Within walking distance to sites of interest, shopping — if that’s your thing — Carrefour supermarket, restaurants and bars. AC made for a very comfortable ambience. Great shower. Remarkably quiet considering it was so centrally located.
Disliked: It was such a great location. I hate to say that the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. It’s up three flights of stairs so if you’re not up for that carrying luggage it might not be the place for you. The communication could definitely be improved… I asked if there was somewhere I could put my luggage because I was arriving several hours before the 3 pm check-in. I sent a message to say I was at the door and asked where I could put my luggage for a few hours. I never did get a reply.

Liked: The location is excellent.! The room facilities, with the exception of the bed and the lift not existence, are quite good. Room.is spacious
Disliked: The bed is very uncomfortable and in my opinion should be replaced
Liked: As someone who used to live in Valladolid i can truly say that plaza mayor is the best location to stay. The house was really pretty i loved the balcony
