Plaza Mayor 13 "customer service"
Disliked: We had rented another apartment, in the same building for 4 days, previously. We found the bed there too small and tried to contact the "help line" to upgrade to a 2 bedroom. The "help line" did not respond/the management is closed afternoons and weekends. We stayed in Apartment 401, building 13, but I bought a yoga mat and slept on the floor. When the initial reservation was finished, we needed to stay in the city so we rented the 2 bedroom apartment in the same building. As we had to vacate apartment 401 hours before entering apartment 201, we tried again to contact the administration to ask if our 2 small suitcases could be held, pending availability in the 201 flat. Of course, no one answered. It was necessary to shift our luggage to a deposit on the other side of town (30e+hassle)...then, return. Again, the customer service was lacking. We never saw a "staff" in the days we were in the building..aside, from a sweet cleaner whom we came across accidentally, and who gave us pillows..which the "help line" was never able to provide. Plaza Mayor is a company which owns many apartments in Valladolid. A huge investment, to my experience, poorly managed.

Liked: Super location overlooking the square. The apartment was perfect for 2 people
Disliked: If staying just a reminder that if cooking you need to buy everything like oil, salt etc. However, there is a Carrefour around the corner. We left some kitchen towels so hope they are there for the next guest.
Liked: Location. View of the Plaza Mayor. Elevator a plus.
Disliked: Lobby smelled of cat urine

Disliked: It would be nice if we had some paper towels, salt, oil.. It's missing those small things that makes your stay easier.
