Fabulous
Great location (noisy on the weekend), facilities were less than expected
Liked: Location just a few steps from Plaza Mayor was fantastic
Disliked: A few things: - No contact could be made with the rental company as they finished work at 3pm on Fri and we checked in at 3pm on Fri. So issues were not resolved - The washing machine was broken (start button was missing / had been pushed in) and we received no response from the rental company during our 2 night stay - No plug was available for the kitchen sink - Freezer door was broken so it swung open every time we opened the fridge
Welcoming and spacious apartment in an excellent location
Liked: Very clean, spacious and welcoming.
Disliked: The temperature suddenly dropped on the day I arrived. I would have liked to have a spare blanket, although I was warm and comfortable.

It could improve
Liked: The apartment is nice and well decorated and equiped, although it needs better maintenance,
Disliked: The following should be checked: shower doors tend to un-rail, air conditioner is not functioning, the nightstand lamp is broken, the main bedroom needs to have shades to prevent light entry from the internal patio and allow the guest to open windows. The present curtain in that room used to block air and light needs maintenance since it is unzipping from the rail. I will recommend eliminating that curtain and adding the shades to the windows, also provide clients with soap and soap dish or basket for the showers.
Immaculate and quiet apartment in the heart of Valladolid
Liked: Perfect location, literally a few seconds from the Plaza Mayor in the heart of Valladolid, and yet very quiet as it overlooks a small side street. We had a beautiful duplex apartment which was well appointed and spotlessly clean, with great air conditioning and lots of beautiful historic features. Lovely kitchen and living room. Easy access and good communication from the managers.
Extremely central, clean, had everything we needed
Liked: Extremely central, clean and air conditioned.
Disliked: We had trouble getting the registration form the day before but luckily one of the people that I spoke to sorted it out.
