Great stay!
Liked: The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the WiFi worked great, breakfast was delicious. The location was great and the staff very helpful.

Liked: Fantastic stay! The room was renovated, large and had a steamer which was very useful. The breakfast was top notch. We also appreciated a small but modern gym. The staff, as it is always with Eurostars, was amazing. The rooftop was enjoyable to spend time on after a day of walking.

Classy hotel close to centre
Liked: Hotel is in a great location close to the main square. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Only one minor gripe. The pool on the roof is extremely shallow. You can't swim in it. They should make that clearer in their promotional material. I partly booked this hotel because I thought it had a swimming pool.
A lovely hotel in a great location
Liked: The size of the room and the large beds. The location was also fantastic and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The pool was really shallow which was a shame, and there wasn’t enough sunbeds around the pool. The pool bar was also almost never staffed.
Perfect stay in Valladolid
Liked: Surely the most beautiful hotel in Valladolid. Stunning interiors and spacious rooms. View from the rooftop. Great wine. Gym was top notch.
Disliked: Loved everything but be aware that the pool is a true dipping pool, perfect for cooling down after a hot day out and about, not a swimming pool. Saw a few disappointed children.
