Exceptional
Perfect location
Liked: Friendliness of morning staff (Marta) and location (within walking distance to everything we wanted to visit)
Disliked: Breakfast room was somewhere else (quite close, though). There was no lounge or place to relax, except the bedroom. Bedroom was small enough.
Wonderful location (But)
Liked: The location was great but the cost of breakfast was very high so we opted to find a place nearby.
Disliked: Our window opened to a construction site a few feet away. Workers started arriving about 07:30 and it was easy to tell they were there. Trying to sleep beyond 8am was impossible.
A gem of a small hotel in a wonderful location
Liked: Fabulous location within walking distance of most attractions. Exceptionally helpful staff who gave lots of helpful advice. The bathroom facilities - shower etc - were of the hghest standard.
Disliked: Finding the place was difficult. You must drive on to a pedestrianised street which Google doesn't let you do. Also it was a nuisance having to find free/cheap parking for the car.

Liked: Excellent location next to the Catedral. Helpful friendly staff. comfy bed. Outstanding breakfast. All in all a great place to stay. We are looking at modifying the rest of the trip to stay here again
Disliked: Only one way out of room, if fire starts in office you are toast
Liked: Located near good restaurants and the cathedral. Located in a quiet street. Staff at reception at all times. With elevator and air-condition ❤️
