Nice central appartment - read notice on deposit
Liked: Nice central studio in the heart of the city. Most shops are within walking distance. Blue zone parking zone right outside, but first come first serve and there is paid parking if full. The studio has most things needed and staff are very responsive on the phone.
Disliked: No electric kettle for coffee or tea, had a stressful argument on WhatsApp over deposit not being refunded as bin wasn’t taken out, but staff finally refunded. The issue was lack of visible notice in English to take out bin (2 boxes of pizza, coke bottle…etc) we only stayed one night.
Good location and very clean, but bring your own blanket
Liked: The location is very good, the whole building is new and everything was very clean; the shower was great, the bathroom quite big. The price was among the cheapest in town.
Disliked: It was impossible to switch the air conditioning on/off, instead there is a "smart" system that decides what is "good for you" and it happens to be wrong most of the time; besides the windows were locked with a key so they can't be opened fully, just a tiny gap towards the inside, in practice this makes impossible to properly vent the apartment. We asked several times for these problems to be solved to no avail, finally we talked in person with the manager and she flatly told us that it's "forbidden" to fully open the windows, this we found it deeply disgusting, it felt as being in a jail with our lives ruled by others. Another problem was a very strong "air freshener" machine which just pollutes the air with chemicals, they should think some people may not like it or even be allergic to it, and then they are not allowed to open their windows and vent their room. It's false they have 24x7 reception, they just have a 24x7 phone where they tell you to wait for tomorrow morning and ask the cleaning workers for whatever you need; first night we had to use all the towels as blankets because there was no blanket in the room and tha air conditioning was freezing us. There were more issues, but In short, this place is a good example of what happens when somebody invest too much money with too little common sense.
