  Great caring host, kitchen facilities and perfectly situated for evening city centre and during the

  Liked: It seems like a family home converted to be a guesthouse. As a result guest have access to a well stocked kitchen and common rooms. The host took great care of us. Rooms has no air condition, but he put two big fans in it to make it comfortable for us druing these hot nights. Located in the centre of Valdemossa, it is still only 2-3 min away from free parking and about 10min from the start of the various hiking trails including the beautiful Muntanya del Voltor area—which includes parts of the famous Camí de s'Arxiduc (Archduke's Path) and routes toward Sa Talaia Vella— Be aware some trails require a free mandatory permit because they go through conservation.

  Disliked: The room had all what one needs, but in a very Spartan way. Not really a dislike though only an observation. If, like us, guests happen to be in the second floor, the bathroom and with it nearest toilet is on the ground floor behind the kitchen. Maybe something to consider when taking in liquid in the evening.

  Overnighter whilst hiking the GR221

  Liked: The location is great, only a few minutes from the main street area and the bus station. The property is in a typical Majorcan building with wooden beams and lovely furniture. It's basic, but comfortable, so don't expect aircon or TVs. However, the large fans generated a cool breeze. My contact Mano was brilliant and initially made contact by WhatsApp. He was very friendly and even supplied some wound dressing, as I'd injured my arm whilst hiking that day. I'd definitely stay again.

  Liked: I really enjoyed my stay here - primarily thanks to Manu who was so engaging at all times. The place is simple but really homely and totally adequate, clean and comfortable. I felt very welcome there.
