  Good value for money but maybe could upgrade the beds!

  Liked: Fantastic location and lovely staff. The breakfast was also really good!

  Disliked: The beds were quite hard (and I quite like a firm bed).

  Friendly Staff and Great Location in a Charming Town

  Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Carlos and his sister went above and beyond, helping us contact roadside assistance when we had car trouble. The town itself is small and charming, and the hostel's central location makes everything easily accessible on foot. We particularly enjoyed having Can Oliveret bakery nearby for breakfast and Pizzeria Coliseo for pizza and wine in the evening. The room was adequately equipped, and the bathroom was well stocked with soap, shower gel, and other essentials.

  Disliked: Finding a parking space nearby can be difficult. There is a parking area near the Coaliment supermarket, but it is almost always full. We were also concerned that the same key used to access our room also unlocked the main entrance of the hostel, which made us wonder how the locking system works and raised some concerns about guest privacy and security. The stairs are very steep and narrow, making it difficult to carry large suitcases to the upper floors. In addition, only one sheet was provided for sleeping, which made the room feel a little chilly at night, although the air conditioning heated it up quickly and effectively. We also received a WhatsApp message requesting a booking confirmation and an additional payment outside the Booking.com platform. We recognized it as a phishing attempt and ignored it, but it was nevertheless an unsettling experience and raised concerns about what booking information may have been accessible to third parties.

  Great stuff

  Liked: Shouldn't all hotels be like this? Excellent central but quiet location, friendly staff, great breakfast. My room was basic, maybe a little old fashioned but very clean. The owners making the most of the asset they have and should be commended for that.

  Liked: A lovely relaxing lobby and dining area complete with oil paintings, antique furniture, a piano and an extensive menu, it would have been lovely to have dined there in the evenings but the kitchen was always closed despite it being peak season. Breakfasts out on the back terrace were excellent overlooking lush gardens and the service friendly and efficient. Cold beers await in the drinks fridge in the common area for the tired and weary when everywhere else is closed. However the beds linen and pillows were all very good and a/c that works. Beds made each day. The en suite bright clean modern and well lit.

  Disliked: Room itself was okay, smaller than expected, looking a little tired and in need of decorating. The shutters on the window blocked a lot of natural light making the room quite dark.

  Really enjoyed our stay, great location in mountain village

  Liked: Lovely, comfortable, welcoming traditional Mallorca Hotel. Clean, great breakfast will definitely return.
