Disliked: Two bunk beds in the hallway and a difficult to operate pull out bed in the lounge
Liked: Absolutely lovely place.
Disliked: So close to the beach, lovely studio. Was some work going on, but no complaints. Communication with host was good! Will come here again

Liked: Balcony sunsets were gorgeous. Proximity to the beach and the communication from Christian.
Good apartment with very short way to the beach and a beautiful sea view
Liked: Location is very near to the beach, just 10 meters, and the beach bar. Sea-view from the balcony is very nice. It is on the sunny side. Apartment is clean, new clean towels, kitchen is compact but good, washing machine is available.
Disliked: The apartment is quite small, and the bed is quite small as well. It suits well for a single person for a some of nights, for two persons perhaps for just a few nights or a weekend.

Liked: Yulia was very friendly, helpful and caring. She managed an early check-in for me which was so grateful. The beach is 10 seconds away at the longest. Actually tap water in Almeria is not nasty at all to drink.
Disliked: If my stay was longer, I would have wanted a washing machine. I was not sure how to use mosquito net at the window, hence I had few bites. I always have sweet blood for them, anyway.
