  Liked: Clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Keys kept breaking/ not working. Lifts got stuck and my friend got trapped in the lift for 1/2 hour. My other friend was given the wrong room at check in and walked in to another person's room!! Food was mediocre at best. Some Staff were not friendly at all. I don't think I would book this hotel again which is a shame as I live locally and often have friends over to visit. Pool was good though.

  A little disappointing this time

Liked: Great venue. Very helpful staff. USUALLY very nice stay

Disliked: Room very shabby, so much we asked to be moved as it was our anniversary. Staff Unable to move us. bath tub had paint chipped in various places, mirror surround all rusty, balcony facing workman’s skip. This is our third stay, by far our worst experience yet. Seriously considering not returning
