Very good
Liked: Spacious hotel clean and good breakfast
Disliked: No garage parking available although when we checked there were plenty of spaces available but the hotel said they were fully booked. I assume that all spaces had been given to a car club group that didn't use all of them

Great hotel with good amenities. Location is excellent for exploring the surrounding areas
Liked: Good location in Vielha, good sized rooms and friendly staff. Right next to the large free car park which helps if you’re exploring the surrounding mountains.
Disliked: It’s a small thing but I made use of the gym whilst I was there and some of the equipment could do with an upgrade.
Liked: The hotel is in a good location, very close to the center of Vielha. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: The hotel is well maintained, but rooms need renovation.
Comfortable hotel at good location
Liked: Great breakfast. Grateful to the staff taking care of our gluten and lactose related needs. They were very helpful and responsive. Room was comfortable. We were in Vielha for business and hotel was 3 minutes walk. At our personal time, then hotel was a great base to explore the mountains.
Disliked: One of the 2 elevators was always broken. Everyday, we witnessed at least one person got stuck in the elevator. There was an unpleasent smell at the restaurant level.
