Exceptional
Disliked: We had a very disappointing experience at Apartamento Alcabre in Vigo. The address shown on Booking.com was incomplete, which caused confusion and extra walking after a long rainy Camino day. While we were trying to complete the required guest registration and had already arrived at the property, the host abruptly cancelled our reservation instead of helping resolve the situation. The communication felt defensive and unwelcoming, and the cancellation left our group of tired pilgrims stranded. I cannot recommend this apartment based on how the situation was handled.
Liked: Great host place was located perfectly 👌
Superb
Thank you for hosting us. The cleanliness and location are very nice
Liked: We always enjoy staying at this beautiful, spacious, clean apartment. We also appreciate that the parking garage is included. The check in/out directions and communication is perfect.
Pleasant stay but they screwed their review by not providing an invoice. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!
Liked: DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
Disliked: Be aware!! these people are refusing to give me an invoice for my stay here and I booked with my business!!! Booking and I are contacting these owners but they simply refuse to give my invoice! Unbelievable. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Super sad to see people like this destroying booking's reputation.
